RETURNS & REFUNDS
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at (+353) 45 874 972. If your order has not been processed yet, we can cancel it for you.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless there is an issue with the order, return costs are the customer’s responsibility. For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Return Conditions
Ensure your return package is clearly labeled with your information and order number. Each item must be returned unused, with all original packaging intact and suitable for resale. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds, which will be issued to the original payment method.
processing Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return (which can take up to 3 working days), we will notify you by email when your return has been processed. It can take up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Bespoke items, special orders, sale items, and paint, fabric or wallpaper products can not be returned or cancelled. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition, unused and with tags attached. Refunds are issued only when the returned items meet these criteria.
Please note that gift cards cannot be returned.
DAMAGES & FAULTY ITEMS
We are always disappointed when a customer receives a damaged item, and we take these incidents seriously. To maintain our quality control standards, we ask that you notify us immediately if you receive a damaged product. Generally, we will request that you return the item to us, along with proof of purchase and the date you received it.
Please inspect all items upon delivery and report any issues immediately by emailing us at sales@skiinteriors.ie, including images of the damage. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund according to our standard return procedure.
