Our Process
To begin the process, a phone call and site visit is scheduled. This allows us to introduce ourselves, and assess the scope of work.
A formal proposal will then be submitted to the client.
After becoming acquainted, we gather detailed information to fully understand our clients overall vision and goals for the project.
We also run through the floorplans, budget and estimated timeline for the project.
This consultation phase sets the guidelines and lays the foundation for the entire project, ensuring that we are aligned every step of the way.
This is where the fun begins! Our design services can be divided into two key offerings:
- Full Design Service
- Design Board Service
Our Full Design Service is ideal for complete home renovations, providing comprehensive design and project management for every aspect of your space.
The Design Board Service is perfect for individual room updates or phased renovation projects. If your current budget allows for only one or two rooms, we can collaborate with you to create design boards for other areas, enabling you to gradually bring your entire vision to life over time.
Building on the information gathered during the project brief, our team will begin the design development process. We will then meet with you to present and discuss the proposed design concepts for your space, welcoming your feedback and making adjustments as needed. We typically hold this meeting in our showroom, where our extensive fabric library is located, allowing us to explore and review all options together with the client. We recognise that interior design is an evolving process, and we support this through regular check-ins and open discussions with the client.
We handle all communication and coordination with the broader teams, ensuring timelines, budgets, and other project requirements are met. We stay in regular contact with the client, providing updates and addressing any queries that may arise.
We source all products for the project, including furniture, lighting, and accessories, and oversee their delivery. Each item is quality-checked upon arrival and securely stored until installation. We collaborate closely with our in-house upholstery team to offer bespoke, custom pieces to our clients.
Once the site is ready, we proceed with the fit-out! Our team install all furniture, lighting and accessories, and dress each room. Once everything is in place, it is then time to hand over to the client.
